30 days to change your mind
You can ask for a refund of a Bella Commander licence within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
How to ask
Our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, handles refunds. Request one at paddle.net with your order number or the email address you used to buy. The money goes back to the payment method you used and the licence key is deactivated.

Bella Presenter is free, so there is nothing to refund.
